Our School Uniform Policy

It is with great pleasure that we introduce our school’s new uniform collection, reflecting the growth of our shared identity and pride.

Thank you to parents, carers, students and members of the community who contributed feedback through our school uniform surveys. Your input played in important role in shaping the future direction of our uniform policy and ensuring it reflects the needs of our school community. We are pleased to share that our updated school uniforms are now available for purchase from Perm-A-Pleat in Mandurah.

To ensure a smooth and flexible transition, our two-year grace period remains in place. This means current students may continue wearing the old uniform until the end of 2027, allowing families ample time to move across at their own pace. All newly enrolled students, including incoming Year 7s, are required to purchase and wear the new uniform as part of our updated uniform policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The transitional period runs until the end of 2027, during which both the current and new uniforms are accepted for current students. This allows current Year 7 students in 2025 to continue with the existing uniform until they naturally transition into upper school items, and current Year 10 students in 2025 to remain in the old uniform until they graduate.

Yes. Plain navy shorts, pants or skorts are permitted as long as they have no logos and are not made from tight, lycra-style material. However, we encourage families to purchase the official uniform bottoms with logos from Perm-A-Pleat for consistency and durability. Leggings, bike shorts and lycra-style skorts are not approved uniform items and are not permitted.

No. Purchasing a uniform does not guarantee enrolment. Please wait until your child’s enrolment has been formally approved before buying any uniform items.

No. The school and/or Perm-A-Pleat does not sell or accept second-hand uniforms for resale.

You may find second-hand uniform items on community social media forums.

All newly enrolled students, including incoming Year 7s, are required to purchase and wear the new uniform. This is mandatory under our updated uniform policy.

Some learning areas require specialised or approved uniform items, for example, PFNA training tops, Leavers Jackets, or course-specific safety requirements for science labs, trade workshops, Rural Operations and food technology rooms. Staff will inform students when these items are needed, and any approved alternate uniform pieces must be ordered through the school.

Students must wear enclosed, supportive shoes suitable for school activities. Crocs, slippers, slides, and thongs are not permitted.
